Room cleanliness could use a serious upgrade!!! Air conditioning didn't maintain comfort well, and communication issues arise with the front desk phone. These elements can really dampen the experience!!!

I really loved how clean the room was and how comfortable the beds felt, which made for a great night’s sleep. They also have a lovely pool area and a cozy lounge to unwind after a long day. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi could be spotty at times, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all. 😊

Great spot just across from the Cherokee casino. The Queen room was comfy, had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. Loved the microwave and fridge too. The bed was super cozy, and you get free toiletries. The restaurant next door had amazing food, real highlight of the trip.

I stayed in the Queen Room with Two Queen Beds for one night. The beds were super comfy, and I really liked having a fridge and microwave in the room. The air conditioning worked well, and the shower had great water pressure. It was clean overall. Just missed having a hair dryer, but the toiletries were nice. Definitely a pleasant surprise for the price!

The location is excellent, right across from the casino, making it a perfect spot for entertainment. The restaurant next door had some of the best food we had during our trip, which was a delightful surprise. The pricing for our stay was very reasonable given the amenities offered.

The furnishings in the room felt a bit dated and could use some refreshing.
